11th place in Lucerne StadtlaufApril 30th 2006 - On saturday night 29 Aprl, Simon finished in the middle of the Elite race in the 8.7K Lucerne Stadlauf in Switzerland. Although Simon ran a solid race, he could not impress amidst of the top finishers Weidlinger, Kigen and Rothling. "I ran an OK race but the distance is simply not my thing", Simon said after the race. The wet surface and cobble stones made the race difficult and somtimes dangerous. "But the athmosphere of the crowds are unmatched by any other run, it is just a great athmosphere!".
